Browsing the net and looking the information about Human Resources can be a sad story. No one want to show and share the information about the industry as we are in the middle of the “War for Talents”.
No one wants to share the best practices and people willing to enter the industry of Human Resources must have to look for information really very deeply and usually they have no chance to find anything useful.
Me personally, I am in the field of Human Resources for about 10 years right now, which means I am not old and I am not young, I fit perfectly the middle. But I had a chance to participate in many projects changing Human Resources and changing the whole organization or company.
I believe I have some ideas to share with others and I will help others to build their own picture of Human Resources as the function is still fighting for its place in the world of business.
