It takes very long time to the external outsourcing agency to get the knowledge of the client and to start delivering the correct candidates for the position. Also, the company has no control over the fluctuation of employees at the outsourcing agency. The employee serving the company can change very often and it always means the new beginning.
The HR Recruitment Outsourcing can be pretty risky initiative for Human Resources. And there is one more rule. The outsourcing agency should be local, the offshore outsourcing of the recruitment process to India or elsewhere is the best way to fail in the long run. The company will not be flexible, there is almost no chance for the face-to-face communication to solve the problems and issues and usually – no one is on the phone as it is time to sleep in India.
